These terms govern this website and the XcelVations classes and learning platform. “XcelVations”, “we”, “us” means Xcelvations Consultancy Private Limited, 3738 Gali Maman Jamadar, Pahari Dhiraj, Delhi 110006, India.

What we provide: live online classes in small batches, and access to our learning platform (lessons, generated questions, tests, class notes and resources) for enrolled students. Classes are supplementary education — additional classes, not a school, and not a substitute for one.

Enrolment and accounts: enrolment is arranged with a parent or guardian, who must be an adult. We create and approve student accounts as part of joining a class. Keep your sign-in details private; tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.

Fees and cancellation: fees are a monthly subscription, billed in advance, renewing until cancelled. There is no long-term lock-in — see our Cancellation & Refunds policy for how cancelling works.

Acceptable use: the platform is for the enrolled student’s own learning. Please don’t share account access, redistribute lesson materials, recordings or generated content commercially, or attempt to disrupt or probe the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content: lessons, generated problems and solutions, notes, recordings and this website’s content are owned by or licensed to XcelVations. Enrolled families may use them for the student’s personal study — that use is included in the subscription.

No guarantees: we teach for genuine understanding and we stand behind our method — but we make no guarantees about grades, scores, percentiles, or admissions outcomes, and you shouldn’t trust anyone who does. Content on this website is provided in good faith and may change without notice.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the issue arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can’t be resolved by talking to us first (please do — we’re quick on WhatsApp), it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
