Before you pay anything

Every family starts with a free intro session — no test, no card, no obligation. You only subscribe after you’ve seen how we teach.

Cancelling

Fees are a monthly subscription with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp or email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and your child keeps their classes and platform access until then.

Refunds

• If we cancel or can’t run your child’s batch and can’t offer a suitable alternative, we refund the unused portion of the month.
• If something else has gone wrong — a billing error, a double charge, an enrolment that didn’t work out in its first days — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll put it right. We handle these case by case, and we lean generous.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 6–8 working days.

Delivery

Everything we offer is delivered online — live classes, platform access, notes and recordings. Nothing ships physically.
